Sorry about the crude language

I feel a little better now despite the rubbish that our justice system continues to throw our way. A couple examples of the truth/facts not mattering. Vincent Bugliosi, author of Helter Skelter and DA who prosecuted the Manson friends has many books out, the previously mentioned, and Outrage, a book on the OJ Simpson case. In HS he concludes with the statement that justice was served. Now as time has gone on we have learned that a lot of the testimony was false. Donald Shea who was a murder victim, was said to have been beheaded and chopped into nine pieces. At the time of the trial his body had not been found and there was nothing but hearsay evidence. His body was lead to by the actual killer and dug up in one piece. On her death bed Susan Atkins revealed that Helter Skelter was not the motive of the murders and that the DA knew it but realized that it would look bad to change horses in mid stream as it were. Catherine Share on an MSNBC program also said there was no mention of Helter Skelter. Yet on another for the History channel she did. Anyway, in Outrage, Bugliosi writes of how our court system failed us. Out of the same courthouse Manson leaves in cuffs, OJ leaves a free man. Everyone to this day says OJ did it despite being declared not guilty. Yet another person to leave that courthouse a free "man" was Michael Jackson.

F Lee Bailey wrote a book back in the 70's called The Defense Never Rest. In this book he went over numerous cases of his. He recalled two in which the polygraph played a crucial role. In the first case he had to prove the validity of the lie detector test, and in the second disprove. After those cases in the early sixties results from those test are no longer admissible in court.

Regardless, taking an oath in court does not mean people will tell the truth. The truth is if you find an uninvited guest in your home (B&E if you prefer), not only should you have a right to shove a gun in their face, but also park a bullet in their head. After that they wouldn't be able to lie, connive, and self justify.

Once again, you have no idea what happened. There was no uninvited guest in anyones house. Learn the facts. Remember, having a phone conversation from 500 miles away does not guarantee the truth either.
