Something has been left off of the ballot in every state

I have been wondering if the people had the chance to vote on the Russian collusion probe, would it be brought to a close? I actually feel that most democrats would vote to conclude it. Two years, no results other than trying to put the screws to people to get them to flip, yet nothing ever happens. This is OUR tax money at waste.
